1. Rental Agreement

2. Driver Requirements

• The renter must have a valid driver’s license.
• The renter must provide proof of insurance .

3. No Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
• A penalty of $150 will be charged if smoking is detected.

4. No Drinking and Driving

• The renter agrees not to operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances.
• Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.

5. Liability for Damages

• The renter is fully responsible for any damages, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.
• The renter agrees to pay all repair costs in case of an accident or damage.
• If an accident occurs, the renter must notify the owner immediately and provide an accident report.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

• The vehicle must be returned in the same clean condition it was received.
• A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the car is returned excessively dirty.
• The renter must not make any modifications or repairs to the vehicle without the owner’s consent.

7. Fuel Policy

• The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental.
• If not, the renter will be charged for refueling at a rate of $4.50 per gallon.

8. Unauthorized Use

• Racing or off-road driving
• Transporting illegal goods
• Towing or carrying heavy loads
• Driving outside the designated rental area without permission

9. Rental Fees and Security Deposit

• The rental fee is $53 per day .
• Weekly fee is $175.00

10. Late Return Policy

• The vehicle must be returned by the agreed-upon time.
• A late fee of $60 per hour will be charged if returned late.

11. Termination of Agreement

The owner has the right to terminate the agreement and repossess the vehicle if the renter violates any of these terms.
